Our Network

Throughout the years we have established and developed the Network of Human Rights Researchers (NHRR). Member of NHRR are not part of the staff of the organization. They are individual experts who cooperate with HRRC and are a part of primary professional and research network of our organization.

Misha Tadevosyan

Educational Researcher

Misha has a PhD in Social Education form Armenian State Pedagogical University.

His area of expertise includes educational reforms and education programs management.

Sofia Manukyan

Business and Human Rights and Environmental Protection Specialist

Sofia has MA in Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Essex, UK.

Astghik Gaudyan

Journalist

Astghik has her Master's Degree from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and BA in Arabic Studies from Yerevan State University. She is an experienced journalist and visual storyteller who has cooperated with domestic and international media outlets.

Hayk Smbatyan

Sociologist

Hayk is a PhD graduate in Sociology at Yerevan State University. He holds an MSSc degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Uppsala University (Sweden), as well as a Master’s degree in Research Methodology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

He is an experienced sociologist and researcher who has cooperated with a number of local and international organizations.

Tatevik Tokhyan

Lawyer

Tatevik graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, then from the State Administration Academy, receiving the qualification of a civil servant. She Has more than 10 years of work experience in the field of human rights protection. For many years she worked in the staff of the RA Human Rights Defender.

Anna Pambukhchyan

Media Consultant and Researcher

Anna has an MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin, Belgium and MA in International relations and European Studies from the Central European University, Hungary.

Her area of expertise is International Relations, Conflict Studies and Media Monitoring.

Shushan Ghahriyan

Sociologist

Shushan has an MA in Sociology and research methodology from Yerevan State University.

She is an experienced researcher and project manager who has cooperated with a number of local and international organizations.

Maria Vardanyan

Lawyer

Maria has an LLM in International Human Rights Law from Lund University, Sweden.

She is an experienced human rights practitioner, her area of expertise is prohibition of gender-based violence and protection of sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Ani Harutyunyan

International Criminal Law Specialist

Ani has an Advanced LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University, Netherlands.

She is a an experienced legal researcher, her area of expertise is prohibition of international crimes and security sector governance.

Tatevik Gharibyan

Legal Researcher

Tatevik has an MA in Comparative Legal Studies from American University of Armenia is a graduate of international legal studies of the Fletcher School at Tufts University.

She is an experienced legal practitioner and the Member of the Chamber of Advocates. Her expertise is human rights, legal comparative analysis and provision of legal consultancy.

Isabella Iskandaryan

Legal Researcher

Isabella has an LLM from American University of Armenia and MA in Industrial and Employment Relations from University of Turin, ITC ILO, Italy.

She is the Chair of Law at European University of Armenia. Her are of expertise is labour rights protection and advancement of international labour standards.

Mushegh is a journalist-public administration specialist by profession. He has been working in the field of rights of persons with disabilities for about ten years. He cooperated with local and international organizations, and also has experience working in the state administration system.

Lusine has an MA in Human Rights and Democratization from Yerevan State University, Armenia. She is a human rights specialist with over twelve years of experience in human rights protection, gender, and social inclusion.
